Doctor Spencer Svetcov has the hands of an angel. I did not feel anything while been treated. Before starting my Root Canal procedure, he clearly explained my medical issues and asked me if I was comfortable with his course of action. During recovery, I did not experience any pain or swelling as I followed the post post Endodontic Therapy. I give him a 10 of 10!!

Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish I recently contacted Leading Edge Endodontics in White Plains with questions about whether my insurance was accepted, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Doris at the front desk. From the very beginning, Doris was exceptional. She did not rush me off the phone or make me feel as though I was taking up her time. Instead, she patiently took the time to research my insurance question and make sure she gave me accurate and helpful information. Throughout our conversation, Doris was patient, considerate, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring. I could tell that she truly wanted to help me and give me the best advice for my particular situation. That kind of kindness and personal attention made a wonderful first impression. When I arrived for my appointment, I was certainly not disappointed. Doris was every bit as warm, kind, and humble in person as she had been over the phone. There was also another young woman working alongside her who was equally welcoming and pleasant, I'm sorry that I did not get her name. When I got the news that I needed a root canal, naturally I was a bit nervous. Thankfully I'm happy to report back that the root canal I got with Dr. Spencer Svetcov @ Leading Edge went wonderfully. Aside from the slight pinch when they give you anesthetic, the entire procedure was so pain-free, gentle, and laid back that I nearly fell asleep in the chair. The facilities are clean, and modern, the staff is wonderfully accommodating and friendly, and the wait time was very minimal. Dr. Svetcov took as much time as needed to answer any and all questions I might have, walked me through what to expect before and after, and his dental assistants Dianette and Christine were so helpful and accommodating as well. The office called me the next day to see how I was doing and spoiler-alert: I was pain-free. For my entire life, I genuinely thought root canals were supposed to be this terrible ordeal. While no one is "happy" or "thrilled" to get a root canal, I can safely say that things went as best as they possibly could have. Thank you again!

Although I only went for a consultation and some images were taken, I can sincerely say that Dr. Svetcov won me over!!! A very kind demeanor, with a Comforting sense of Humor and a thorough exam and detailed explanation. How many doctors these days actually tell you to call them and they will speak to you personally as things move along. An unexpected gesture from a doctor these days. His Assistant Dianetta as well as Dora, who is at the front desk to greet you and take care of lots of little details were awesome as well!

I went into this appointment with a lot of pain and even more fear. Dr. Liebman was so lovely! She was patient, reassuring and incredibly knowledgeable. She was able to save my tooth by performing a root canal on a tooth that had a massive infection in it. I'm so grateful for her expertise and her bedside manner. The office staff also made this experience painless. I can't recommend them enough. Not that anyone wants a root canal but if you need to get one, don't hesitate to use Leading Edge and Dr. Liebman.
